If you're looking for Arrma or Traxxas compatible parts and don't need them for a month or more then I highly recommend Hobbytown USA. They're not bad if you're looking for Traxxas RTR parts.
Yea, they are my only local LHS and mainly supply Traxxas and Axial, and as you said mainly RTRs. Otherwise, I just source parts from online.

Hobbytown is one of two LHS's in my area. As stated above, they provide mainly traxxas rtr's and factory hop up parts. They also provide some of the most rude and snobbish employees I've ever encountered. I don't like outright bashing people or businesses in general but I find myself struggling to find anything positive to say about this particular business.

Yea, I wish we had other options near me. But you get what you get. I need to remember to check out some shops when we travel across the Cascades for trips to Seattle.
The folks at our store are nice and helpful at least. I mainly use them for paints and purchase my RC parts at online retailers.

Just to get an idea. My second option for "hobby" stuff is Hobby Lobby they aren't exactly RC oriented 😄

For me, hobbytown is a 30 min drive. The other option, hobby haven, is an hour and I typically choose to make the longer drive. Much better inventory and selection. The employees are what makes the difference to me. Always friendly and helpfull.

Nearest HobbyTown is 80 miles away. There are a couple rc hobby shops closer to me.
I think I bought my radio at HobbyTown years ago. It was cheap! 😍👍
Maybe I should have listed the shop in Spokane, less controversy, lol!

List em all! I went to HobbyTown for a good price! If they have what I need, I'll be there! 🤣
I still haven't been to my LHS so you're WAY ahead of me!!! 😁

No one stocks Optima Mid parts. For me, its about picking up something I need now.
On line is good.
Once I start racing, track is @ hobby shop, shopping and racing will be a 'same day' thing. 😎
They still won't have Mid stuff tho. 🤬🤣
