Hobao hyper 7 brakes issues

Having some problems getting the brakes on my hyper 7 to work. Have tried to adjust them and even changed the servo. Any tips ?

I've seen the hyper 7 setup many ways from dual brake servo rods to aluminum servo arms.. I know thats not much help but thats all I got I'm not a nitro guy almost all electric

Is that a dual disc set up?
