Yes It would be great.
It would also make a great steering servo like Diver said, but great for throttle too.
I have servo's with that speed in both steering and throttle.

Most drivers say that quick steering servos makes the car really twitchy on the steering..

With on-road, you need the fast servo for instant response. I run the KO Propo 2363 now and the specs are .08/60*. It's night and day when compared to what I had before (Futaba 3305).

The speed allows you to take later markers for your turns and the preciseness is great for getting around and dodging traffic. Twitchiness, yeah it can be. It responds almost instantaneously to your imput.

I was practicing last sunday on the track about 15 minutes before the third heat. I was ripping around the track and sneezed while going into a left handed hairpin turn. I twitched my hand and threw it a little to the right and took out my rear hub carrier. DOH! It will respond to what you want, when you command it. That's necessary for on-road.

When I first put it in, there was a lot of adjustment needed on my part but once I got used to it, I was having a blast. I'm not going back to the old servo. It's going into the box as a backup.

mad-maxx, digital is how the servo processes the signals sent to it. like a CD player vs a record player. i can take pics, but if your not going to buy it as you stated, whats my motivation? everyone knows what a servo looks like, and this one is in good shape.

I have this servo in my MTX-3 for steering.

The .08 response time is super fast and the 125 oz of torque is way more then enough for touring cars or 1/8 on road cars.

Highly reccomended.

thanks for the good intentions. but just an fyi, youve been targeted as a spammer lately, part of the reason for that is posting in threads like this one when you have no intention of buying the product. the other guys who have bumped my thread for me are friends who i either know in person, through other buisness dealings, or talking to on here for a long time. your still relatively new here, do more reading than posting, learn the ettiquete of message boards, get to know the people here. when you do that, people will be more tolerant of random posts and spamming. until then they will just jump your ass like has been done in other threads. if/when they do tell you about it, the last thing you want to do is start with them back. they have been here longer, they know the way the board works, you will be banned and they will not. fair, maybe not, the way it is, absolutely. I'm not mad at you, I'm not yelling at you, I'm just trying to get some info across to you so that you can curb your habits before people have a problem with you. hope you understand.
