I seen this thread ,but got side track ,an forgot all about it ,I'm glad someone helped you!
It looks like it wouldn't take much to get it going!
I hate seeing the engine left opened up like that with out filter & glo-plug though!...
Definitely would pull it apart & clean it up before cranking on it!...

Now get some wheels on it, check for anything else missing, give it a complete tear down and clean- keep us posted
