We had a simmilar problem somewhere in Washington State where this was going on all the time. They did several stories about it. Can't seem to find one.

What I hate is when the gypsy cab drivers just pull up anywhere convenient and just piss right there. They do it alot where my dad's garage is or behind my house, on the gate. Anytime I see them doing that while I'm driving my tahoe, I just give a good long blast from my airhorn. Woodie and Msly know how loud it is. 135 db at 20 ft. Mudda Fudda's! made one guy piss INTO his car because he opened his door, and stood there using his door to block him. He jumped when I blew the horn and turned towards the drivers seat.
