Looks like DavidB did the soldering, but I have no idea on the car-maker.

rear motor mount shock says AE to me.but then there are other things that say Schumacher..Id remove all electronics . decrude. solder it and clean each solder joint and use some new age solder with a hot iron 75w+( i can see many different solders on that thing )

Believe it's an FTR 12. Full Throttle Motorsports. The 10 is a little different. AE didn't cut the battery slots the same.

Looks like an old pan car, old enough to have a Novak esc and a brushed motor.
