Pretty sure there is no slipper clutch on that on road car. (It there were, it would be an assembly that the spur gear attaches on).

Most on road cars do not use a slipper clutch.

the problem is that the engine is revving to full speed but the car is only moving at a very slow speed

the gear from the engine is engaging the spur gear

any help ?

With the car on the ground spin the spur gear with your finger and apply resistance to the car with your hand. If the car moves forward when you spin the spur without any slippage between the spur and the wheels, that would indicate an engine clutch issue.
If you feel slippage between the spur and wheels, that would indicate an issue between the spur and the wheels which could include, a slipper clutch issue (if there is a slipper), a OWB issue if a OWB is installed at the spur gear or a problem with the diff(s).
