i just bought a jato, did proper break in. but i can't get it to pop wheelies. it got the top in speed after it warms up but no too good take off.(not enough to pop a wheelie and as people talk about the jato it should) did the pinch test it runs for 3 sec then cuts off but dont realy rev up just runs for 3 sec then shuts off.also i have a light not to thick blue smoke coming out the exaust.well just think it should have more take off speed and a lil more top end does this sound like i can adjust one of the screws for more take off speed thanks............................

Check your slipper, might be too loose

When you say sluggish, do you mean the motor is sluggish? If so, you aren't tuned properly

when i say slugish like the thottel response ant right away from dead stop but its very little slugish i have a rustler and a tmax and it seams like theres is much more quicker from take off but on this jato all the signs with pinch test and smoke are right on the money i guess

ok i leaned out the low speed and the high end and its runs like its suppose to it fast temp is at 201 f i guess if its to lean it would get more hotter huh

Yup, you can run it hotter too. Try not to go over 260, DO NOT go over 300f!

i found that both my 3.3's wont run good under 260 ....3.3's like to run hotter than most engines ......pretty sure you can take it up to 270 , 280 with no problems ..i have 2 of them that run at those temps ( even 290 for one ) ..and they still run great...but like Alien13 said ...keep it under 300

I run my jato around 225 or so and it does pretty good at that tune. I haven't had to tune either of my cars for a long time. They run consistently at no higher than 235 and although they are running a little rich, the jato still pulls wheelies in my grass yard.

set the the rear camber to 0 degrees. the rear tire wear should be in the center. and get softer front springs. goeing to softer front springs may change how it corners. the soft front springs is a drag race mod.

Thanks for all the help guys tomorro i will bring it up to around 240 to 250 and see can't wait now cause I'm having alot of fun with it at 200 next ill check the tmaxx think is at 200 also thanks again for the help
