i was given this sr300 reciever by spektrum and a regular tq3 radio by traxxas. how do i get these to bind?

and attached to the spektrum reciever is this little computer board with 2 led's and one button and on the back it says race timer.... what is this also?

Two different radio brands cannot be bound together. You will have to ditch the TQ3 and get your self spektrum transmitter.

You will not be able to BIND 2 different brand systems you will either have to stick with a Spektrum or Traxxas TQ-3 system.
