I have an associated gt2. Took out and replaced glow plug . Pulled on starter and it will not pull. Whats wrong with it. Do I need to flood engine.

can you turn the engine over manually? Try turning the flywheel by hand, if it wont move you may have bigger issues.

When I spin the wheels the flywheel turns.

Ok, the flywheel should not spin when you turn the wheels, most likely your clutch is engaged to the clutch bell, the clutch bell should spin free of the flywheel until you get the rpms up enough to engage the clutch.

No, I'm sorry i did not mean to say that. The wheels spinning does not make the flywheels spin.

Can you turn flywheel with your hand? Yes or no/either way you need to take something apart. Start with taking the pull start off the engine. If it works properly(make sure you don't allow it to spring apart when pulling it) separated from the engine then it's time to pull the back plate off the engine. If not find what's binding it,possibly a broken recoil spring.
