.21Rc10GT IS 100% RIGHT. THESE ENGINES ARE VERY PRONE TO AIR LEAKS. I have the same exact engine on my maxx and it ran fine after the first 7 tanks after break in and all of a sudden just died. It began running as if it were lean but there was still smoke from the exhaust. I had to put the lsn to about 7 turns out to keep it running. At full throttle it would rev up but not enough to shift the truck and it would start popping and die. You should go to your local hobby shop and have them look at it first. If they cannot resolve the problem as mine could not, have them send the engine to the company, they will take care of the air leaks in the backplate and carb. Oh and dont worry about the stock settings for now they will be of no use until it is fixed, picco will reset the settings and possibly supply you with the manual for the engine. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED FOR 200 BUCKS IS IT? (SO FAR, BUT DONT WORRY IT WILL RUN LIKE A CHAMP AFTER YOU GET IT FIXED.)
