Help, Night Vapor rudder replacement

Help guys.

On a weird landing my rudder broke off on my night vapor. Seems it wasn't on well to begin with so I was sent one under warranty. NOW. How the heck to I get the pin out of the mount? It seems to be glued in there when from what I can tell it should have not been glued to allow the rudder to pivot with the servo.

Any ideas? I tried to push it out with the rod from the new rudder but it will not move and that hole is a tiny one that even my smallest screwdriver will not fit in there.

Help me, I want to fly this again, it is wayyy too much fun at dusk watching the neighbors think a UFO is buzzing the street

Well, I looked around yesterday but I don't know anything about that one.
Not a normal set of hinges.

Not a normal rudder set up. The entire vertical tail is on a single pivot point.
