I'm trying to break in an inferno GT2. Took awhile to get this to run, haven't been able to get a tank through it yet. It won't idle without the glow igniter attached. I've adjusted the idle and the LSN (at temp) but to no avail. It idled for a while without the starter but since it cooled down, no luck. I'm pre heating with the heat gun. Take alot of pulls to get it to fire up. The plug lights up ok. This is the Kyosho .28 motor

Try a new glo plug and see if that solves it.
Sometimes the richness of the initial settings messes with the plugs element and sometimes it's simply a matter of finding the right plug for your engine/fuel/conditions.
What plug are you running in it now?

Not sure what the stock plug was. I changed to a #8, didn't do anything. I managed to get it to run and had it out on the pavement, but since I forgot my temp gun I shut it down. Let it cool and again..wouldn't start. Eventually broke the pull start. So I pulled the motor and put in an axial spec 1 from a truggy. At least I can use this now. Can I get a spin start for the Kyosho?
