I just bought a Kyosho Mad Force with a gx-21 in it, I have managed to get it going and run 5 tanks of nitro through it but everytime i go to restart it the next day it takes me forever to get it to start till the point it wanna kick it, I have no idea about HSN and LSN i just turn them till it starts and then play around with them till I'm happy with it. Then it runs out of nitro and bam can't start it again, I dunno bought a new glow plug today will try it 2morro any help will be much appreciated

Are you adding afterrun oil or something similar to the engine after you run it each time? If so, this is your problem. It takes a bit for the engine to burn through the oil to get to the fuel from priming. If you are adding after run oil after each run, but intend to play with the RC again that day or sometime the next day, then either go very light with the after run oil...or not at all. After run oil is a great idea, but is more for keeping the engine healthy if there are going to be long periods of time between engine runs.

Are you priming the engine prior to starting? No fuel in the carb to start and it may take a lot of pulling on the pull start to get fuel into the carb.

Is your glo-ignitor fully charged? A weak ignitor can lead to a painful start.

Is your glo-plug fouled? Breaking in the engine is rough on glo-plugs, and you may need a new one.

There could be other issues, but these are the most common.

I would recommend an OS A3 plug for that mill. Get yourself a good rechargeable Glow Ignitor (not standard battery type) and some new 20% Nitro fuel. Set your needles back to factory settings, check your fuel lines for damage or clogs. You should be able to at least get it running. Once running you'll need to check for any possible air leaks around the needles..

How are you stopping the engine? Are you just letting it run out of fuel?

Best way to stop an engine is right at the flywheel.What that does it prevents the engine from loading up and adds little to no stress to it. YOu can achieve this with the tip of your shoe. Some may have a thumb that has no feeling and is calloused up but I still say use your shoe.
