Help Identifying an OFNA

I just brought a used OFNA off of Ebay and I need help on what model it is. Everything seems to work but the front right driveshaft broke off. Any help would be greatly appreciative.

ultra lx comp if I'm not mistaken.

There is a few different ultra models and they are not all compatible, ultra gt lx and mbx (r2) are original just to inform, so you avoid buying parts that don't fit your version.
 
I had the OFNA LX Pro (I believe, that's the manual I saved). It had 2 kinds of cvd's for the front. Ones where the dogbone would connect using a set screw into a u-joint looking thing and one where it was one piece like most we see these days.
