I have tried pliers and couldn't budge it, I stuck zip ties in through the exhaust port and tried to push it out with the piston and it cut a stack of 3 zip ties in half like nothing, I am changing out the piston and sleeve anyway so I'll probably end up sticking something metal in it. I just wanted to see if anybody else had any ideas.

Heat the crank case with a heat gun, or pop it into the oven for a few minutes to warm it up. Alloy expands quicker than other metals so the piston liner should be easier to remove with a "heated" crank case. Don't forget though that you have to remove the backplate to aid removal of the piston. The Conrod will ONLY be removable with the backplate removed.

I took my heat gun to it and stuck an allen wrench in there, she came out after a few tries
