i was driving it around today and the breaks were sticking a little so i stopped thought i had them and then starting driving it and lost them all together i think it wouldnt stop and now it just rolls on its own and when i fire it up it just takes off full speed lol ....what happened?

It sounds like your clutch. You might want to check and see that the springs are working and the shoes aren't dragging.

^I second that..
Need to unbolt your engine and pull your clutch bell... I bet your spring broke.. Had it happen to me a few days ago. Luckily mine broke right at the end so i was able to salvage it..
