HELP!! I think I broke my new pulse 4.6! I just finished breaking the engine (5 tank method) and was adjusting the high speed needle and getting some pretty fast runs in, all of a sudden the engine won't produce any speed and sounds like it's screaming! I thought maybe I leaned it out to much, but even when I richened it back up it doing the same thing. Can any please give me some advise??

Sounds more like something is loose; flywheel, slipper clutch (if present), diff (if it uses a ball diff).

Incorrect info.

If the engine is running fast, it's putting out proper RPMs. If the car won't come up to speed something is slipping.
First check the tightness of the slipper clutch. That's usually the culprit in your situation. If that's not the problem check the clutch bell for glazing due to overheating due to slipping clutch shoes.
Keep us posted.

I am betting on a slipper clutch.

Thanks everyone for the advise, what actually happened was I threw a dog bone! So I was only getting power to three wheels. I'm still kinda a newbie so I didn't know to look there first. After I replaced the dog bone it kept coming out, someone told me to put a piece of fuel tubing there and it been fine ever since. Could I use longer dog bones?

You want some back and forth play there, o'rings work nicely compared to the fuel tubing but the tubing is absolutely a good quik fix
