Help 2.5 will only run 1/2 tank before

I need your help, My max was out for the first time this year(nice day in the upper 50's) but all i could get it to run was for a half of tank of fuel and then die, usually after a hard acceleration and then hard right turn. After that it wouldn't start for probabally 20 min. temp was at 207 when it quit. this engine has only 2.5 gallons through it so it's not worn out yet. When it started again it did the same thing a half of a tank and died in the corner then hard to start agin for 20 min. or so. Anybody got any ideas? Last season it was running to good to believe. PS I did set it for the cooler temp but didn't do anything to the low idle. Light moke on accelleration.

I looked for the post but could not find it, someone else had the same issue in the last couple weeks.. I will keep looking and let you know if I find it. Off the top of my head I cannot remember if they did find a fix or not.

If you have a fuel filter, clean it. If you havn't changed your fuel lines since laste year, change them.

Other than that, I would lean it back out a bit to see if that helps. Sounds like your low speed may be a bit lean, while your high speed is either on or rich.

I would suggest turning the needles back to stock and lean it out until its correct. It sounds like you might have it too lean but the temps contradict that so I would start from stock and go from there.
