I got my rc car and probably got most of the old fuel out and changed it with better nitro however idk how to starts it I have a drill starter btw and this is my system please help me

Not really a good pic but if it's drill start, get the right bit and send her, the chassis looks low so you could always use a bump box, also if you haven't started the engine in years I'd recommend a full break down and cleaning of entire engine
 
Like the above comment give the engine etc a good clean, otherwise, fill her up, put your glow plug heater on, prime it and then see if it will tick over. I have an old rota start with the hand held drill and it took me about 20-30mins to get it going the 1st time after about 10 years but now it is within minutes
