I'm not sure about that heli, but if you're looking for a starter, look into the E-Flight Blades. I picked up a Blade CX-2 a few weeks ago and love it. I fly in my living room almost daily. It comes RTF with a 5ch spektrum radio. It's about 180 bucks at the LHS and the parts availability is good.

I've flown that one i'm getting it for my b-day. i would have had it today but my dad had to pick me up from another school because we had a bomb threat. So i will be (hopefully) gettting it tommorow and will tell you what i think.

I would suggest getting the Blade CX2 as roadrunner stated. I have flown one as well and for beginners, it's the perfect heli in my book.

As far as the dragonfly, well, you get what you pay for in my opinion. I've tried a few of the "cheaper" RTF heli's.....and I've thrown them all in the trash....

Good luck with it bud, nothing like flying a heli :)
