i have a rc10gt plus rtr and it wont idle... i turned the idle screw down and it still doesn't... sooo please help meee

rly i didnt think that would effevt it but i cleaned the needle last night but the only problem is i have a rear bbroken shock tower so i can't test anything out for now... this is one hell of an expensive hobby : )

Sounds like a tuning problem or your adjusting things to much. 1/8 turn makes a lot of difference on these little things.

But, if you have the low speed needle to rich, it won't idle down without stalling. If you have it to lean, it won't idle down at all either, but it sounds different.

What does it sound like after a high speed pass and you try to let it idle? Instant stall? Or high RPM's, then stall?

The carb opening should be about the thickness of a credit card. Also retuning might be in order. The LSN might be out of whack and also check your trim on the radio.

Well mabe you fixed the problem cleaning the needle good luck with it and I know what you mean parts= lots of money but its worth it when you have it which I dont so I only run mu truck everyonce in awhile

thanks for the info guys... i gotta stop hitting jumps and breaking my truck
