header mod

so I came across a header mod that was cutting of the flange on the header. does this mod work on the 3.3. has anybody used it

i tried it and did not notice anything then drilled the stinger and that did make a diffrence

I didn't notice any difference, but I also bored out my stinger to 1/4" and did get more power

i think the mod is to get rid of the flange in conjunction with boring out the stinger on the STOCK exaust.

i noticed a decent power change when i cut the flange off when i had my resonator pipe on already.

but for stock. bore the stinger, and cut the flange. you should get a little more power
