I had a problem , I want to open the cylinder head and the heat sinker of my LRP engine but the head of 1 allen key bolt is already rounder my allen key is already loose, even I try new key still it slip.
Any solution about this?
Thanks.

Get some jb weld. Mix a little up, apply it to the end of your wrench, put the wrench in the bolt and let it cure. Make sure you're using quality wrenches that are the right size. Should be pretty hard to strip head bolts.

JB weld probably will not hold, but is worth a try before the last resort.

If your using a quality hex wrench (not a wrench that came with a RTR rig) and you can not break it free, drilling the head off the head bolt srew is the last resort.
LRP dosnt use high quality screws and I have removed a few that have been rounded off for other people in all types of different engines. Some came out with a qood wrench, other needed a good heating of the block and a good wrench but most of the time, you end up drilling the head off the screw if its stripped/rounded out bad.
They normaly will drill out easily with a good bit and a drill press. You can then use a vice grip type plyers to remove the remaining portion of the screw once you remove the head/head button.

snook man- yes tha's what I am thinking just drill it. thanks for the help for the two of you.

Phins Fan- thanks and Don't worry I've been doing this also in a real car engine as a mechanic. Thank you all guys , I really appreciate it.
