you could buy a whole new carburettor already assembled and slap the airfilter on that.
>>>>make sure the carb comes with an O-ring to seal the neck. (it should)
buy a pinch bolt.
(i think the part that locks the carb to the neck of the engine is called a pinch bolt).
the tie rod ends you could probably buy them in the lhs and make em to fit.
buy a couple of glow plugs as your glow plug is probably well worn down.
some fuel maybe 18-20% nitro
other than that it should be good.
get a nitro starter kit like 20 quid for one comes with a glow ignitor with charger, fuel bottle, screwdrivers, and a 4 piece wrench for unscrewing things namely the glowplugs.
after that everything else is tetarity the sorta stuff you buy as you find the need for them to make things easy
you dont have to rush out and buy them and if ya have them handy get yourself a box and toss them in.
i recommend;
after run oil >> 3 drops dropped into the engine after driving it around to lubricate the engine
air filter oil (not sure what you do with that air filter as i never seen one before, if it has a sponge inside just wash it with nitro fuel and oil it afterwards)
rechargeable batteries
needle nosed pliers >> for those hard to reach places
duct tape or electrical tape >> for tying wires together
wd-40 >> great for loosening up stiff parts and cleaning
threadlocker >> probably the most important as nitro engines vibrate and can loosen screws and you Do NOT want that namely the engine mount screws need to be locked into the chassis
note
glowplugs come in all different temperatures... rule of thumb >> the smaller the engine the higher the nitro content the higher the nitro content the cooler the glowplug - the cooler the glowplug the harder it is to tune. so theres a balance. one thing affects another... for a beginner just get medium warm glowplugs and go from there.
pretty sure thats all top level advice but if anything seems wrong feel free to correct me.
