Hey Curtis

I've never hopped up a evador but I have built a killer Rustler which I think are alot a like I installed a F1 Pro esc which will handle any turn motor and then I installed a 10 turn trinity motor with aluminum cooling clip. I also added dean plugs which help you get a better connection from the battery to the speed control. I also dremeled out the chassis making it lighter wich in turn made it alot faster top speed and acceleration.I also had an extra set of wheels that I drilled out to reduce more weight. The only bad part about adding the low turn motor is it went through batteries alot faster so I would recomend a good high mah batterie like a 3000 mah or higher they last longer.

yea i have a new mah 3000 power maxx pro and a new 15 turn fireball motor thats just a few thaing i did

Thats cool sound like you got a good start on it glad you got something cool to work with I bet you will have that thing tearing it up soon :)

Evader ST

I have the Evader ST Pro,came with an ok Futaba radio and the Team Orion motor is A ok for a supplied motor.

Overall the "Pro" is well built and a solid truck out of the box.No need to start spending on parts.

I have changed the motor and use a Reedy modified in it and swaped the Futaba AM for an FM because I had an extra around.

I was surprised by the overall quality(considering the low price)

I've got an Evader ST and have been racing it at Joe's Hobby Barn in Terre Haute, IN. It is a decent truck for a beginner racer, as it is reasonably tough. It is a copy of a Losi XX, so it is a race proven design. With the hop-ups you are getting it should be a good machine to run. One thing you will need is an aluminum (coupler? the thing that holds both of the front A-arms together) the stock plastic one will fail. Get some good rubber- there is no substitute for the right tire for the track.
