I traded a game and paid him $80 for a nitro RS4 on the 8th , he said he was going to ship and send me a tracking # on the 10th I never got it. He has since not answered his pm's or his emails. Its like he has fallen off the face of this earth. I feel like I got jacked. Should I be concered or should I go ahead and file a dispute with paypal???
 
Stand by for a while. Plaidfish is a total stand up guy. You won't get ripped off. I'm sure there's a solid reason for the delay.
 
Okay. I know he's having some kind of problem since I see he hasn't been on the forum at all for 3 days.
Trust me, all will be good. You will get what you paid for, I can promise you. He's 100%.

I'll be moving this thread to the For Sale forum. It doesn't belong in General Nitro.
 
plaid has been around a long time, he will do what he says he will. you dont have anything to worry about.
 
i would be woried about a nunchuck to the head from him,

but i would absolutely not worry about getting shafted in a sale by him...I'm sure there is an explanation for this
 
I have dealt with fish a few times and he's a straight up guy. I can understand your concern, but he's definitely not the kind of guy to stiff a member. He's a busy guy but I am certain he'll be on here very soon to take care of business.
 
According to his profile Plaidfish hasn't been on the site since the 11th which is right after the time he was going to send you the tracking info.

As others have said Plaid has been around here for a long while, I'm sure there is a good reason for the delay. Hopefully he will be back soon to clear all this up.

Yep. I have bought and sold to Plaid. He was very accommodating on a charger I bought off him (had to hold it for a week before shipping since I was on vacation).

I'd find it very hard to believe that he would burn you.
 
I've done tons of deals lately with plaidfish. I'm not trying to give out his business or personal info, but the last stuff I bought from him, it took a few extra days and he later told me that he was in the hospital at the time and had to get someone to go take it to the post office. He's having some problems right now that aren't of his choosing, but he is INCREDIBLY GOOD to do business with, and if he needed to borrow a thousand bucks and I had it, I would not have a problem loaning it to him. I've bought A LOT from him lately and I think he bought some stuff from me, and he's sold to numerous others and done them very good. Please just give him a lil time, I know that if he hasn't been on or been in contact, it's for a darn good reason.
 
ya I've had acouple of deals with fishy, hes cool and you dont have anything to worry about.


i hope everthing is alright with plaidfish.
 
I have also had a dealing or two with plaid - very upstanding guy !! He wont do you wrong, give him a little, he will make it good.
 
i bought tmaxx shocks for 35 bucks and he sent me 2 diff gears shock oil the shocks extra springs and rpm bulk braces hes a great guy he always comes through my guess is computer problems or such
 
I haven't had the chance to buy anything from him (usually out of money when he posts his sales), but he's a standup member, and I've never heard one bad thing about him, at all.
 
+1 for Fish, I've bought from him twice. First time shipping was delayed to which he explained, very good reason, but he felt bad and even threw in some extras.
I've sold a lot on eBay and sometimes things happen, you're only talking 1 week. Don't worry yet, he'll come through for you.

Give it a few days. Don't think ya have anything to worry about.

I also made a purchase of some MINI parts from plaid, it tooks a couple extra days to ship but he even sent a ton more stuff than the lot originally included. He is definately a stand up guy and I would definately do business with him again, even if I had to wait :)
 
I have done deals with him and never was let down. Give him another PM and a little more time. I am sure there is a valid readon for the delay.
 
I'm going to give him alittle more time. Maybe he shipped it just forget to send me the tracking #. I know his last PM he said he was working the night shift who know.
