I'm thinking of getting a wasp .28 for my lighting GT and was looking for input/opinions of this engine. From what I know there pretty good and at a claimed 42,800 rpm should scream.BOOYA:fro:

Yea, theres a bunch of info on it. My one and only complaint was the tuning. It is a easy engine to tune, just its a bit trickier to tune than other engines like the XTM 24.7, BUT, its a 100% worth it for the power you'll get. The wasp is an absolute BEAST. Very torquey, but also has great high end, 42,800 rated RPM, which is very good for a big block. I was very pleased with my Wasp .28 and would highly suggest it. They can be had for $150 too, not bad at all.

yeah once you get past the tuning its a blast, just dont do what i did......flip it and break the case. lol.

Do a search on the vids man!!! Some awesome footage. Been wanting one for my Savage but other expenses are taking over.... (house, 1:1 cars, and other really depressing bills) :hammer:

Look around. Everyone on here likes it. Multiple other forums told me to stay away from it... Look into the S.H. .28 if your ride is pull start capable.
