your engine might be seized.

did you just finish break in???

if so, you might have forgotten to put the piston at BDC "Bottom Dead Center"

if thats the case.... well I'm sorry to say but you ruined your engine :(
- i hope its not that, good luck man

whats the importance of having the piston in "Bottom dead center" I'm gonna be getting a new engine and i dont want to mess it up

his engine aint ruined man.... its just stuck. heat it up with a hair dryer... try and keep it bottom dead center for longevity reasons its not dead the first time but life is shortened....

The theory behind BDC is that it promotes longer engine life due to the fact that as the engine cools, the piston isn't keeping the sleeve from shrinking and crushing the piston with it.

I've been doing it on the past 4 engines I have owned. Every time I shut the engine down (not just during break in) I set the piston to BDC. 1 of the engines was still running strong at 6 gallons (os 15 cv-r(x)), another os 15 cv-r lasted 5 gallons before I tried to port it... it still has good compression, but I messed it up. Another was the OS 21 RG-X(P), it blew the crank at 2 gallons, so I don't know how long it would have lasted. I replaced the crank, but also replaced it with a new engine. It's now a backup.

easy way is to turn the flywheel with the glowplug off and see when the piston is at the bottom of the stroke mark the flywheel and that should be it just make sure to set the mark on the flywheel to wherever it was when you marked it.

with the glow plug out it is easy to put,but with it in kind of hard to pull

What happened to me was I let my engine set for 3 month with no after run oil in it and now it`s always hard to do.:puke:
