harco,if this is rob i only talked to you once and that was before you got my money.after that it was chad every time and he would throw me some bullshit line every time.one day it was sent out the day before and would be here no later than saturday,thn i would call on saturday and he would tell me it hasnt been shiped yet and it will be shiped on monday. monday would roll around and i would call to get a tracking # and every time he had no idea what was going on. i wasn't pissed off about the buissness you where running but the service and lies your employies where giving me.the funny thing is i would call would get no answers and my mom was getting pissed and she would call and ask the same exact questions but get answers(what the hells with that), and he also tried to tell me that ups screwed up, even though the truck wasn't even shiped yet! i am sorry for bad mouthing your buisness and your rep. but i know know you really had nothing to do with it it was chad,once again i know it wasn't your fault every time i talked to you i got an exact answer.(I'm sorry)
