Hi Folks...

my shelfqueen will get the whole bling with Integy parts.
Apparently you have to stay with one brand to make it look less silly :o)
All the covers, skidplates, guards, and now the 90T rockers& arms all around and for finish-up a set of pushrods. I think it will look nice with the Rc-Raven rollcage, fuellines & RB Cyclone S.

I know INTEGY is not your favorite choice but this truck goes on pavement with no dirt or offroad use... so I may never experience their customer service :o)))

Missing:
Bodymounts
Piggybacks
Body with clear windows and I am working on a internal light system with led's to make the inside bling.
Chrome Exhaust Tip is in the works as well, something to replace that darn blue rubberpiece with.

I'm broke, but excited! :burp:

Good thing it's a shelf-queen. After the problems I've had with Integy on my 1/18th scale truck, I'd hate to see what they do on my Revo (lol).

I suppose Integy users are not really considered part of any community :o)
Apparently there is a lot of hate and dislike towards Integy, and their products users must be considered dumb bums... LOL
They are still not bad, unless you bash or race the truck, and if I did that, I would surely go with something different.
My other Revo is stock all around and nothing breaks, after quite some airtime... :o)))
Oh well. I may just never experience their customer service :o)))

I want to see pictures of this masterpiece when she's all assembled! Should look good!

Yes, I've stated it before, I personally have had negative experiences with Integy, but I do not fault anyone at all for liking or using Integy products. That'd be like me thinking everyone that drives a Ford is an idiot, it's just not true (and I'm not that shallow.) Integy makes some great looking stuff, I just personally don't consider it to be race or bash worthy.

If I personally offended anyone by implying you're an idiot for using Integy gear, my sincerest apologies.

RevoME, post some pic's when that rig is done!

Lets see the pics...Monkey will throw up:puke: .....but I want to see them anyway!!!

I have had the good and bad of Integy.......but a Truck full of :bling: will be sweet. Just dont drive it...;)

The only good integy part I've had were t-maxx diff cases. Make sure to not drop the truck. It will be shiny and purty, but it won't be strong.

Be careful with threaded screw holes. Integy threads like to strip easily.

No question, Integy is somewhat challenged with consistency... if the Integy emblem faces forward on a forward upper left arm , it should do the same on the other side... LOL, it's almost like mounting 3 directional tires right and the forth one is running backwards... The arms will come out nice, once the SPI's are on with the Road Dawgs. The offset will help bring em out.

Got the arms all around, installed them together with the new alu pushrods, which apparently on one side is left turns to get the mount on. (?) Waiting for the 90 Rockers now. Piggybacks are no longer on the list, I'll go with better springs to compensate for the weightgain.
Once the bodymounts @ the internal lightning system is worked out, I hope to be done...
Pics then, so everyone can :puke:

Why are you bothering making a shelf queen anyway? If you know it can handle actual driving, why do it? Most of the guys that buy integy or run aluminum everything are new to the hobby and don't realize it's a bad idea until after they have a mangled mess of shiny stuff in their hands.

Olds, I never followed this post, and should have left it dead, I suppose.
Very simple reason:
"Because thats what I wanted to do."
Others build Rockcrawlers, Racecars & Snowplows, Boats, Airplanes, Helicopters, Airboats & Robots, some even consider parking their pickups on their RC's because they dump 150 bucks into a Rollcage, or better yet, they would sit in their Pickup and pull themselfes to work with their RC everyday, if they could.
Good enough?
Besides, right now, I work an incredible amount of 3 hours per day, sometimes 20, but season is only starting, so I can go and dump some money/ time into this and make it the way I'd like it.
It will surely last for what I ask from it, whatever may brake, will be replaced. :o)

It is a truck my wife gave me for christmas, I'll hold on to it for a while.
If I want to trash something, I can always go and buy a stocker, like the other one I have...

integy revo

i just spent $500 on integy parts and am waiting for them to arrive. i would really like to see pics when yours is complete.I'm in alberta canada and have heard good things from people and dealers in edmonton alberta about integy
products and a dude i rip with has his revo done to the nuts and says its great and strong. i will admit that i had no problems with mine stock.

LMAO,
This one goes in the books.

A guy gets in a car wreck.
The paramedics ask if he hurts.
His reply:
Only when I breath.

LOL!
True.
I think there are pictures somewhere... just search.
BTW the truck is performing very well, nothing has broken so far.
And I am certainly sorry for not playing with this truck in the dirt or race it.
I have another one for that.

pics...

integy has to be taken with a grain of salt, apparently. really though, anything aluminum does; it is rather weak, after all. i use it in places where i need protection (gas guard, bumpers w/ stock ring) and for the rockers. i plan to get diff cases at some point in time, but am in no hurry. anyway...
