Your plan is to tune the high speed before the car can idle correctly???WRONG! You MUST tune the HSN FIRST, as the HSN needle DOES affect the LSN also! The HSN controls ALL of the fuel that enters the carburetor. If you open or close the HSN it ALSO affects the amount of fuel that flows through the LSN. You tune the HSN until the engine runs right at WOT, and THEN you work on the LSN once the HSN is correct.
Any chance you have this on youtube somewhere? I want to see this!
