This dyno is of a GRP Tuned .21 on the GRP 2053 pipeset unmodified "stock" with both a 8.5 and a 6mm carb restrictor. 30% Nitrotane fuel has been used for the test with an OSP3 plug.

Lots of room for power improvement as well ;) These engines seem to be doin great as far as quality as well. My drivers are loving theres.

Hey AB, don't suppose you could pick a baseline engine in the same class to show a comparison?

I can read a dyno chart (barely) but have no idea how these numbers stack up :)

Once u see more dyno charts of these engines u will get the feel for it. XRC used to be a wealth of knowledge when it came to these dyno charts and testing engines when Brian Kinney was doing there dyno testing. Brian Kinney is the inventor and ONLY producer of the X-Dyno. Since he stopped doing the dyno charts XRC has been getting some FUNKY readings that are ALOT higher then what I test these engines at stock to stock. I dont know what has been goin on at XRC but the last 4-6 months I have seen some dyno charts that are just WAY off. And I have had my X-Dyno checked over by Brian himself to make sure my dyno wasn't messed up and reading low... and that it was setup and being ran 100% the way it was designed to be.

EB Mods uses the same dyno for his R&D of engines as well. He has a few dyno charts up on his website as well so you can go check some of those out for referance. Are dynos from engine to engine seem to be very close "stock to stock that is :D" as they should be as there the SAME dyno the "X-Dyno". Also there are some dyno charts on Nitrodynes website which is Brian Kinneys website for the X-Dyno. Here is a link to the site so you can check the dyno charts out there as well as read up on the dyno itself. The pic of the X-Dyno on his home page is actually my dyno.
