Local hardware store. It's pretty easy to work with. Just dangle the servo into the can slowly, pull it out and hang it over a paper plate so it can drip the extra goo on something you don't care about. Let it dry for an hour or so, then dip again.

Then, cut where needed with a razor blade/exacto knife and peel it off.

Normally though, I clean the surface of the servo first with alchohol so there isn't any oil residue or anything on it.
