Grave Digger truck

Hello all I'm new tithe RC world. And I'm a big fan of Grave Digger and my son loves monster trucks. So I've been looking for a 1/10 scale grave digger truck. I've been on eBay. And they are going for like 250 plus.

Was wondering if I could just get a 1/10th scale truck and just stick a grave digger body on it??? I've seen the body's on eBay and I've also seen like all kinds of parts for the truck like green shocks and skid plates.

Is this a possibly thing I could do?? If so what kinda truck should I get that would be good for jumps and dirt??

The Traxxas Monster Jam trucks aren't bad for the price and come set up to look like various monster trucks. Here is a link to one at a good price:

All you need is 8 AA batteries for the transmitter.

The Traxxas Monster Jam series are basically 2WD Stampedes with the Monster Jam bodies and a few cosmetic trimmings, like the green suspension components and bumpers on the Gravedigger. These trucks come with bushings in the wheels so you may want to upgrade those to bearings if you get one of these trucks.
