A little while back I was recommended by several forum readers to buy the OFNA 12V True-Start starterbos if I wanted to buy a box.
I now have it from Tower (Live in Denmark so shipping is a good 10 days)
I installed a 12V 7 Ah battery in the box and Man!! this starter is STRONG!!!!! :boxing:
I can't believe it !! No more pulling the cord (except when rare stallings far away from the box)
I can for sure recommend anyone to get this box. The multiple motor mounts makes it quite versatile too. I use it for both my Inferno 7.5 and my NTC3 Plus.
I have set it up for starting the buggy because it is easier to hold the NTC3 at a 90 degree angle to fit it on the rubber wheel because it weighs less.
I have started my friends .46 engine without any problems.
(Have .15 in NTC3 and .26 in buggy)
Now just one question..
How long will the charge on the 12V battery last!! Offcause I could find out in time, but just thought that anyone inhere knew how often they charged up their battery og knew how much current the 12V motor uses.
Regards.
