Got my merv!

So i went late last night and got my MERV!!!! i put one pack through it at like 9pm and couldn't see a darn thing so I kept counting down the minutes in school today and finally got home. I charged up the first pack at like 9:30 last night and the other while I was at school. I got home and showed my best friend my new toy and I put the packs in series(i have both series and parallel) and in like 10 minutes the batts were dead already! I got like 45 minutes on a single pack so I think I'll try the parallel next time but I also picked up a new era wheelie bar and a duratrax heat sink which is blue! the wheelie bar helps a lot! but i already stripped a screw on it so when i take it out that'll be it for it! ill have pics in a few and maybe a vid later when i go to my lhs and run it on the mini track for 1/18 but who cares! haha

Easy on the screws He Man! Congrats and let us know about the carnage when you get back from the track. I predict a broken driveshaft but sure hope not. Take it easy and ease into 'er. I think I'm too late... He's gone.:whhooo:

nope, i didnt get over there cause my dad had to go to the mall so I'm going tomorrow afternoon but its really just a small carpet track so i wont break anything but I hope that sometime soon I can get up to the real indoor racing track! so ill try to vid the little track tomorrow.!

congrats on the merv, and standing backflips are no problem. .. i think thats how i blew my front diff out doing too many backflips and landing with WAYYYYY too much throttle, so be careful if you do that

yea I'm not gonna take the wheelie bar off for that matter cause the standing backflips are cool but put a lot of strain on the driveshafts! so for right now ts stock but when my $200 check clears ill see if I get a dx3s or some upgrades! hmmmm???

They are fun I also recomend the gtr shocks the own one leak once they leak a littli they get air and are usless

yea my hobby shop stocks like every upgrade you could want for this so that good! but i already really love this little sucker! shes soooo fast!!! haha
