Sorry, no pics to post. A friend of mine brought a kyosho buggy for me to look at to see what it would need to get going again. It's 4wd, the cover looks like one for a slipper clutch (but it doesn't look anything like a slipper), and the front diff is driven by a chain. The buggy is 10+ yrs old and has no markings other than kyosho on the front bumper, it appears to be 10th scale. Sorry for the limited info but its all I have, anyone no what model it might be? Thanks for any help!

Kyosho Optima, by the sounds of it. I had one of those, they're a blast with a mild stock motor. Anything more than that, and that chain saws the drivetrain apart.

Optima looks like the animal I was looking for, thanks for the help guys. One last question, do you know where I can get parts?

eBay. Or I might, repeat - MIGHT have some parts left over from mine. I'll have to dig thru the buckets and see what I got. Provided I can _find_ 'em. I know I have some inner trans parts, and that's about it.

Thanks Heartbreak! I'll let you know if they are needed. lol Right now the only thing I think I will need is a Tx/Rx, steering arm that goes to the servo, and possibly a esc & motor. Any suggestions if I do need a motor?
