Got a MM ESC now what?

My MM ESC, for 1/10 scale that I plane to put on my Slash, came in today. Now I have ran into my first problem. Not sure, but are the two ends that you solder into high current connectors already have the solder on them?

Please help....

the side with the three wires is for the motor, the other two are the battery leads.

Correct, the two battery leads are the ones I'm talking about. There is nothing in the manual stating that the silvery stuff on the ends are presoldered but it looks like it.

Heat it up and see if it melts like solder. Just don't get it too hot. Add a little solder to your tip first and see if it is indeed pre soldered.
