Good Savage Mods

Hey guys just felt the savage thread has been going slow lately. So i want you to post up the mods and pics of the modes that you have done to your truck. Tell why u like it and what performance things it helped for you. Examples: moving the tank, linkages, LST shocks, etc. Or if u dont feel like puting a mod post together tell what hopups you've done. Just feel free to share what u think is special about your beastly savage and throw some pics up.

Radio box in progress, took off the cover and thing the reciever goes one, moved the reciever to where the batt. goes, moved the switch to the side of the throttle servo casing, and moved the batt. to the front shock tower, and installed a GS al. antenna mount. I still need to buy some lexan sheeting to make a new radio box cover.

I'll post pics of other stuff tommorro.

I dont have a digi cam but I did do the mid tank mod, truck flys through the air better, more stable. I turned my carb around so the HPI symbol faces the engine and the throttle linkage is a lot more simple, I copied the RC Driver Savage Racer mod, and I have TT LCG TVP's, my savy hugs the ground and and when I shaved the C-hubs it gave me much better steering, I also run 4 blacksprings one in each corner and the other 4 shocks have no springs, I just like it better.
