so i was doing some back flips wow not to easy too land lol but the new maxx is tuff no joke abuot an houre and a half fo jumping only brok the rear skid plate and bumper all ready orderd all aluminum skids and bumper and braces $100 couldnt beat it will the fit all tmaxx trucks ???

If your going to be bashing and doing back flips you really do not want aluminum skids, bumpers and bumper mounts…

All the skid plates and everything will fit perfectly but if you ordered chassis braces(extended) and your maxx is the shorter 4910 you'll need to buy a 4907 4908 chassis plate and either order a custom extended front center drive shaft(if yours has hex nut brake) or make one out of spare drive axles. or you can buy a 4907 4908 trans that will fit 4907 4908 center drive axles. This is only if you have the 4910 and happened to buy the extended chassis braces like I did or want to extend it later.

not trying to tell you how to spend your cash, but keep in mind that those aluminum pieces you bought, are stronger than the stock plastic parts, meaning the next time you hit or smash into something, there has to be a week point, (give), meaning the aluminum parts are no longer going to give, and the next parts you break, will be somewhere else. while plastic parts aren't as flashy, the do serve a purpose ! meaning when you strengthen one area, someplace else will have to give. just my two cents !

I'm not ganna be back flippin any more lol i just lowerd it wanna start building a lil track at my house i really dont bash to much just show it off lol i really just wanna build it up to an all aluminum i know its heavy but some day it will no longer have a 2.5 whats a good moter to upgrade to without destroying it??? i really appreceate all advice i will be going with all rpm some day

I made this mistake the next time I took it out the rear skid bent to the point of pushing my rear bumper up after bending it back into place it just looks like crap.
