got an hpi savage and i bout a new dynamite big red and its been raining a lot lately and i just want to know if there is a certain kind of weather that is best for running in?

No, not really.
Make sure to keep the engine at 100C (celsius) at a minimum when breaking it in.
Wrap it up, or keep adding heat to it with a heatgun when and if it goes below 100.
