OMG. I was laughing so hard my eyes were watering up. It must have been FastEddy to cause I recognize his last name from the site he posts his pics on. Oh man... *whiping the tears from my eyes*

FastEddy I'll double check your site but I too may think twice about placing an order for work. LOL :jk:

EDIT: the locations link works now. I do see how it may look like your take CC payments THROUGH paypal. Listen to the words stacked together: "We Gladly Accept These Credit Cards: ... Pay Instantly With PayPal" It makes it sound like you're taking CC payment through paypal and that has been known to scare people off. "Normal" people like to use CC number and not sign up for Paypal. "Ebayers" love paypal though. Maybe just change the wording of your text.

We take Credit Cards and we also take PP payments. How did you come about with your assumption? Did you try to purchase a product or did you just see the banners?

If it were your site how would you let the users know they are two separate offerings.
I look forward to your feedback and suggestions on how to deal with this.

I made that assumption because of the logo paypal using or offering. They looks similiar to yours.

Here is my suggestion. (minor changes on your current)

We Gladly Accept These Credit Cards:
[visa logo] [ master logo] [ amex logo]
or
Pay Instantly With PayPal
[paypal logo]

Also, maybe it is just me. I will check what kind of shipping services you have to offer if I am going to buy.
So, maybe you might consider to include the list/option of shipping service at the shipping & return page.

Site looks good! Did the test order and order confirmation worked fine.

Thanks to you guys, we have made a few changes that include:
Different wording on Credit cards and PayPal, fixed a missed button, and a few other nic nacks that you guys PMd me about.

We will be going live in another day or so and owe you guys for speeding up the process and giving honest feedback.

Once the site is up and going I will offer RCNT users a discount code to use during checkout to save a few bucks.
