Glueing tire....amateur idiot! Remove paper towel pieces....

So I got back into the hobby and just put together my first kit in 20+ years. I did the tires tonight and my first tire/wheel looks ridiculous. I put too much glue on and tried to wipe it off with blue shop towels not knowing it's way stickier than I remember. Now I've got two spots where I have little pieces very well attached to the tire and looks plain bad ??? Is there a good way to remove this? Dremel?

BTW, the rest of the tires/wheels look ok. That first one though....phew.

ok use a q tip with real acetone work carefully... Then I use some good ole tire wet.. dont get on tread....can't wipe off super glue..we all goof up we just don't all admit it
