 Alright I have always had an issue with them but just wondering if something could be causing them to go out.... Engine runs fine, plugs are not white, burnt or wet when they go out. But for some reason I am not able to go more than a tank or 2 on a plug. Thanks anyone for your thoughts

what kinda a plugs I've only burnt out one traxxas one and that was during the break in I've put about 3 quarts through it

20% nitro 2.5 engine iwill try and get a good pic in just a few

Edit: Hey sorry looks like I must have tossed the old one i thought i still had it. I'm going to run it tomorrow so if i loose another one i will save it

are you checking engine temp. you may be running them to hot. I made that mistake for about a month on my first nitro. it was a nitro sport with the .15 motor. i was getting very few runs through a plug and it would burn out. I would pull it out and it would look fine, but when i pulled the head off the engine it was brown and slightly pitted on the top of the piston. could be your problem. so needless to say i ruined that engine pretty fast. now i bring my temp gun every time i run.

If it's burning them up in a couple tanks, then there's obviously something really wrong with the engine or tune. I don't think your able to run it long enough to turn the plug white or black.

If you do make it through a tank without frying the plug, take the plug out and inspect it before running another tank. Look at the coil to see if it's deformed in any way. If so, let us know how it's deformed and take a nice clear photo of it if you can.
