:tank: I was wondering if it is posible to tell if you are too lean or too rich by inspecting your gloplug coil? Once my LHS said I was a little too lean after looking at my plug. He was doing a compression check for me. Also how long before the plug is discarded? Also I run Mc Coy MC59 plugs in my p2 because I have my best performance with them, wondering if the plug runs too hot for summer time? I was told I run the risk of burning up my piston...My running temps are between 280~300 ...

If the element is mis-shapen or completely missing, your too lean. If it's clean and shiny, your dead on. If it's dark, your probably to rich. If the element is compressed, your running to high of compression and should add a head shim.
