looking to go with some lipos for my Axial AX 10 Crawlers and for the Traxxasssssssslash i bought.

In my crawlers i have a Rooster/55t combo, and the other will have a Goat/Goat Crawler brushless going into them.

my slash is stock, but i have a MM/5700 coming for it. may get another one keeping one stock.

I have purchased an ICE and a power supply and these are coming.
I am buying a blinky balancer as well.

i may convert my radios and Baja and 5T (when i get one) to lipo as well

I understand the MAH rating, and the 2s/3s/5s ect stuff, and the c (burst amp ratings) but I'm not up on the P ratings and who makes a Good quality Lipo Pack. I hear good and bad on Max Amps lipos. so, when looking at lipo batteries, what is the important things to note.

thanx for the learnin.

For the Slash, I'd run a minimum 6000mah 20C pack for bashing, for racing a 3200mah will be sufficient to make a 5 minute main.

I don't have an axial so I can't recommend a pack for you.

Maxamps makes a good value pack, but in my testing I have found that they don't live up to their C ratings. I would consider them to be a budget brand, which may not be a bad thing depending on the application.

Flightpower or any manufacturer that uses Kokam cells are proven performers. I also run Hyperion packs if the application calls for a lightweight pack.

What are you referring to by "P" rating?

This is the pack I use on my Axial.

It fits perfectly on the front upper links using the triangular mounting plate if you are using the stock 3-link setup. If you are using a 4-link set-up, you can get a mount it next to the steering servo if you get the mounting plate that moves the servo over to one side.

I am using a Mamba Max EXC with external Castle BEC.
