Well, my wife and I really only have two common interests. One, that we let each other be who we are.
Two, we both dig running our nitros.
As one who visits many RC boards, there **are** some females around that dig RC. Most of them are into nitro. But this is largely a guy-ish place. Except for those few that have come out in this thread.

I think the only women I've met in the race side of things have all been a bit butch...and seem to have a butt plug messing w/ their minds when you offer to help.....one guy came up to me 2 weeks after I offered to help his chick get her RC started (seriously not into the girl, just helping out) and he gave me crap about bein galone w/ his girl at "his" pit area.....after that deal I just keep to myself or I'll crack the redneck ugly fiddlesticker for bein a Mr. Dumass.....the counter girl at my LHS plays w/ micro cars......other than that I don't see many women into it.......
