Getting braces tightened tomorrow.. what color/s?

Hey, I just wanted some opinions on what color braces to get tomorrow when I get em tightend. There is pretty much every color except for metallics, and there are a lot of different shades. I can get one color for top and bottom, on color for top, a diff one for bottom. Or I can get alternating colors. Just asking RCNT's opinion on this... LOL.

Or you can go w/ clear....

Or invisalign.....lol. IMO, they're worth it, I'm waiting to get braces so I can save up for those because my parents sure as hell won't pay the extra $$$$ for them...
Also, I think that my little brother is going in to get his tommorro, and I think he's getting blue and orange....

well, the thing is... is that I have already had braces for about 6 monthes. When you get them tightened, they dont take them off your teeth, they just tighten the rubber bands that pull your teeth together, hence the name tightening. Therfore, I cannot get invisalines, and i never would. They dont work nearly as good, and they take 2x as long as normal braces, and dont forget that they are also like 2x the price...

I kinda like 4u2nv's idea of purple pride, but yellow tends to make your teeth look like it has crap in em.

I also try to stay away from the dark colors, because like beason said, it looks like u have rotten teeth.

O yea, these are also the color I am going to be wearing for the first day of school. So I can't make to bad of an impression on the ladies. LOL.

O, ok, I didn't know that you couldn't just switch if you wanted to... I had a friend who had that invisilign crap, and they were invisible really, lol. I never knew he had them on untill I saw him reach up into his mouth, then pull them off to wash them... They really are nice...

Well, unless you know your schiool colors (blue and gold for me) go for red, white (your teeth) and blue! (Duhhh!!)

Back in the day, everyone wanted to divert attention away from their braces, if they had them. What is today's youth getting in to?!? First the waaaaaaaaay oversized t-shirts, now colored braces? Get them in Neon pink. Better yet, find a way to use those neon strips they use for accenting in car interiors and stick a battery in your mouth. That's gonna attract attention.

Make sure that when you smile, the letters RCNT are spelled out with the wires and are visible for all of us to see in the pictures.

Ill be getting braces in about 3-4 months. The Dr started showing me all these colors and I'm like WTF are you talking about. I had no idea there was a choice.

For me, I don't want them to make a statement I just want to keep from people mistaking me for David Lettermen when I smile.

I wanna get vaneers (Sp?) My teeth aint bad, But I've had alot of work done from sports and dirtbikes, and I got jumped once and it messed my teeth up pretty bad (Phuckers). But someday when the price comes down a bit, Ill break down and get some vaneers.

ok, well I just got back from tightening and I got.......WHITE! I got white bands on my teeth. The only thing that sucks is that they are really white and it looks like my teeth are yellow now.

They dont have clear, and I was looking at red, but they only had dark red, darker red, and darkest red. LOL. I try to stay away from the "darks" and I'm not racist, so please dont ban me mods. LOL.

well unfortantly with braces you cannot look good, so white was your best bet. i know what your saying about the "yellowish" look, everyone has that if they have white.
