gearing

Hey I'm trying to figure out what gearing combos work best for getting top speeds? do I use a large clutch bell, small spur ie: 18/34,35 or small clutch bell, lg spur ie: 14,15/40 or lg clutch bell, lg spur ie: 19/38,40. any one out there have ideas? I have two engines I use, a 3.3 with mod sleeve/crank and ceramic fr/r bearings or a tm523 with ceramic bearings.
